Daylish - Visual Schedule1.8 - App Store
You'll be able to see results in few seconds.
Publisher Description
Daylish is your friendly day planner. It helps you never be late again, while effortlessly flowing through your day and getting things done. See all your calendar events, journeys, timers and alarms in a single unified timeline. Easily plan ahead with smart alarms and timers that assist you in getting ready well in advance of important events, taking into account travel and preparation time.
Quickly plan your whole day in just a few minutes, easily identifying where you need a little more buffer timer to avoid stressful situations, as well as finding gaps you can use for productivity, relaxation and fun!
Once you made your plan, just flow from one time block to another. Stay focused on what matters now, instead of worrying about what lies ahead. Daylish will keep you on track when the time comes and always lets you see at a glance what's happening right now and coming up next.
ALARMS FOR EVENTS
Traditionally, calendar apps show notifications, which is great (and also something Daylish supports) but sometimes you just need that extra buzz to grab your attention and that's why Daylish allows you to create ALARMS that are linked to calendar events or any other timeline items. You definitely won't miss that important meeting anymore - even when you're totally in the zone!
LEAVE ON TIME
With Daylish's Leave On Time routines you can quickly block time for the journey as well as the time you need to get ready to leave the house. When your preparation time starts, you will get an alarm that you cannot miss. Once dismissed, it will automatically transform into a countdown timer, telling you how much time you have to get out of the house. Of course, this is visible as a Live Activity, so you can always do a quick time check while you're getting ready to head out.
The journey and preparation time blocks are linked to the calendar event. That means: if you move the calendar event in Daylish, everything else is automatically updated as well.
FOCUS TIMERS & ROUTINES
Use timers for focus work sessions or chores that fit neatly between your events or build your custom morning routine with multiple sequential timers. The possibilities are endless.
FREE & POWER USER FEATURES
Many of the core calendar and agenda features are available for free, but some functionality (alarms, timers and smart routines as well as advanced filters and settings) require Daylish+, which is available as a one-time purchase or subscription (you choose which plan fits best into your life - they all unlock the full feature set).
By unlocking Daylish+ you gain access to features that make you more productive and help you be on time and stay on track. Also, you're supporting an independent developer and helping me to keep working on Daylish for a long time to come - thank you! :)

Version History Daylish is ready for the latest iOS update! I've added new ways to plan with Siri and made the layout more comfortable across different screen sizes.
• Ask Siri to find something in your schedule, add an event, or change an event's title or time, with confirmation before saving changes.
• Turn your iPhone sideways to see a calendar alongside your timeline when there's room. Controls and spacing adjust to fit, including when you're adding something new.
• All-day events now tuck into an expandable summary in landscape, leaving more room for the rest of your day. Tap to see your events and their quick actions.
• I've also improved readability with Increase Contrast and Show Borders, fixed a few rough edges, and polished spacing throughout the app.
Thank you for using Daylish! The app is still pretty new, so I would love your feedback to shape the future of the app. Just email me at support@manuelkehl.com with any ideas, suggestions, bug reports, issues or questions. And if you're enjoying Daylish, please tell your friends about it and consider leaving a positive rating or review on the App Store. It's an easy way to make a big difference and I'd really appreciate it :)

Manuel 1.8 Sep 10 Happy Global Accessibility Awareness Day! Daylish was built with accessibility in mind from the start, but I challenged myself to an accessibility deep dive over the last few weeks and found plenty of areas that still needed improvement and polish to make sure everyone has a great experience. I worked through it one area at a time: VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, Reduce Motion, Increase Contrast, Reduce Transparency, and Voice Control.
A few other bits snuck in too: alerts, URLs, and notes are now editable right inside the detail screen, and a new "Edit Details" pill in the quick add overlay lets you jump into the full detail view to finish creating an item there.
Thank you for using Daylish! I'd love your feedback about your experience with the app, especially if you use accessibility features. Just email me at support@manuelkehl.com with any ideas, suggestions, bug reports, issues, or questions. And if you're enjoying Daylish, please tell your friends about it and consider leaving a positive rating or review on the App Store. It's an easy way to make a big difference and I'd really appreciate it :)

Manuel 1.7 May 21 This update is all about widgets, making them more reliable, prettier, easier to set up, and better at showing what's next.
• New single-line lock screen widget that sits right next to the date
• More robust widget refresh. No more stale widgets in the morning or after a long break from the app
• Proper calendar picker in widget setup, plus an option to turn off calendar colors for a cleaner look
• End-of-day peek at tomorrow's first item, tappable to jump straight there
• New day cutoff setting so widgets count late-night events as part of today (e.g. a 1 AM drive home after a party)
• More accurate "time until" label on events, no more rounding to full hours and clearer for far-future events too
• Dynamic Type accessibility improvements, plus design and layout polish across all widget sizes

Manuel 1.6 Apr 30 This update is all about strengthening Daylish's foundations. Over the past few months, I've been working on a major quality improvement project. While there are no new features in this update, it's an important one: setting a solid foundation that lets me iterate on new features quicker while keeping a high quality standard, going forward.
Daylish now runs smoother and more stable. Behind the scenes, I've modernized the entire codebase to adopt Swift's latest concurrency model, preventing a large number of potential hangs and crashes.
The database has also been rebuilt from scratch using stricter, more modern settings for better data integrity and to lay the groundwork for iCloud sync across multiple devices in a future update.
Because so much changed under the hood, I spent weeks thoroughly testing all kinds of migration and upgrade scenarios. But if you encounter any problems or have questions, ideas, or feedback, please don't hesitate to email me at support@manuelkehl.com.
And if you're enjoying Daylish, please tell your friends about it and consider leaving a positive rating or review on the App Store. It's an easy way to make a big difference and I'd really appreciate it :)

Manuel 1.5 Apr 13 Happy New Year! This is a minor housekeeping update.

Manuel 1.4.3 Jan 9 This update focuses on refining the new item creation experience with several quality-of-life improvements.
When creating a new timeline item, you can now quickly set the date to today or tomorrow with a single tap in the date picker. The calendar and mode of transport pickers in the new item UI have also been enhanced.
The title entry field now has more space for typing, clearer visual feedback and the little "x" button to clear the title no longer overlaps with the text as you type.

Manuel 1.4.2 11/10/2025 This update improves the duration editing experience and adds an easy way to quickly extend timeline items that are in progress. Just select a timeline item and tap the plus button to choose how many minutes to add. Perfect for when you need a bit more time for that focus session or when your meeting is running long.
Furthermore, a few minor visual glitches around the progress bar view were fixed and the countdown time and stop/extend buttons now scale properly with the Dynamic Type text size settings - just like the rest of the UI.

There's also a fix for a rare crash that could happen when switching between timeline layout modes and a fix for a bug that would show the wrong transport mode icon for journey timeline items in the Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets.

Manuel 1.3 09/25/2025 Draft items are now decorated with a set of playful "construction site" yellow/black bars and an "Under Construction" label. When inserting a new item draft it was previously not easy enough to visually distinguish it at a glance - this should now be more obvious.
If you don't like this new look or want to turn off the animations you can tweak it to your liking in Settings.
Stay tuned for more as I address your early feedback with each update - and keep the feedback coming (support@manuelkehl.com).
Best wishes and thanks for using Daylish!
Manuel 1.2 09/23/2025 This update is the first of many to address your amazing feedback. Thank you!
You can now quickly fill gaps in your timeline by tapping the duration bubbles between timeline items. Similarly you can also tap the "overlap" warning indicator to quickly go to scheduling mode in order to fix scheduling conflicts.
There is now also a default travel time setting that journeys will adhere to. Convenient for your commute or other regularly occurring journeys.
I also optimized a couple things under the hood and added explanation texts for setting up external calendar accounts to use with Daylish.
Daylish is brand new and under active development so please keep your feedback coming (support@manuelkehl.com) and help shape the future of the app. I'm already working on the next batch of updates, so stay tuned! 1.1 09/22/2025 1.0 09/15/2025

Manuel 1.4.1 10/28/2025 You can now add a return journey for any event right from the context menu. The "Return Journey" option intelligently mirrors the transport type and duration from your outbound journey if you have one, making it quick and easy to plan your trip back home.
There's also a fix for a rare crash that could happen when switching between timeline layout modes and a fix for a bug that would show the wrong transport mode icon for journey timeline items in the Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets.

Manuel 1.3.1 10/21/2025 You can now quickly edit the start time by tapping the time of any item in your timeline view, without entering the full "Schedule Mode". This is more convenient for quick adjustments, while the Schedule Mode remains easily accessible for more complex planning workflows.

Version History Happy Global Accessibility Awareness Day!
